In your first year, you don’t pay royalties until you’ve enrolled 75 students. After that, royalties start at 5% in year one, move to 6% in year two, and settle at 7% from year three on. Our franchise fee is one of the lowest in the industry, and you’ll get a protected 5-mile territory so you’re not competing with another Creative World nearby. We’ve been doing this for more than 50 years, and in all that time we’ve never had a school default on an SBA loan. That says a lot about the stability of our model and the way we support our owners.
