The Franchise Process: Laying the Groundwork to Open Your Own Childcare Franchise – Part I

We know there are many phases in the franchising process, but we are there every step of the way. Below are examples of how Creative World School supports our new franchisees along the way:

Site Selection

We assist the new franchise owner in retaining a qualified commercial realtor in the area to identify potential sites for the school. We supply a demographic comparison of the sites selected including population, income, and number of children ages 1-4 within 5 miles of the site. Creative World School also analyzes the direct competition, their tuition, and enrollment levels to assist in the decision of the best site. Once a qualifying site is found, our team assists in negotiating the best contract price for the land.

Financing

Once the site is under contract and the land price is known, we’ll assist in applying for Small Business Administration financing through a local bank. The purchase contract will be contingent upon satisfactory financing and the new franchise owner will get a commitment letter from the bank to assure that financing is available.
