As the building begins to take shape, the Creative World School Team begins to work with the new franchise owners to market the school and recruit valuable team members.
The Creative World School team assists in recruiting an experienced, qualified Director, Assistant Director, teachers, and staff prior to the opening date. Structured training sessions for franchise owners and Directors will be scheduled at our Corporate Headquarters in Florida with additional training in the school. Teacher and staff training will be held in the school before the Grand Opening and on-going for the entire term of the franchise.
Introduction of the school to the community happens as early as site choice. Getting the excitement out to the community is achieved in many ways. Our marketing and support teams work together to design a customized promotion strategy that works for the franchise owners and their community. Our aim is to market for a successful Pre-Enrollment process and ensure upon inauguration, doors are open to a solid foundation of eager families and children ready to learn!
Once the construction and team are finalized, the school is ready for the Grand Opening! We at Creative World School are committed to supporting our franchise owners.
